SHIPPING:

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days of payment of the order. 

SHIPPING SERVICE FOR DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 
All orders are shipped out of Singapore. Singapore domestic shipping is provided by SingPost. International shipping is provided by DHL.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION 
Once an online order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email noting your tracking code. 

CUSTOM DUTIES 
Shipments may be subject to import custom duties and taxes, which vary by country. Customers will be responsible for all custom duty fees.

 

RETURN POLICY:

We hope that you love your Tamarind Living selection. If for any reason, the item is not what you expected, we are happy to accept returns for items marked “Returns accepted within 30 days of your purchase date. “

RETURNABLE AND NON RETURNABLE ITEMS 
The product description for each item notes the return policy as either “Returnable in 30 days of the purchase date” or “Final Sale”. Final Sale items are not returnable. 

WHY ARE SOME ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE? 
We perform an extensive process of curating and selecting exceptional materials for our collection of products to provide you with the best quality available. Since many of our products are one of a kind and of rare delicate materials, we reduce material handling when necessary to eliminate potentially damaging the product and making it unavailable to our customers. Additionally, should any products be reduced in price and listed “on sale”, this will be a final sale item and non-returnable.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND
Returned items, eligible for a refund, must be returned in their original condition, with a copy of the receipt. Items should be returned to the following address:

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNED ITEMS 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the original shipping cost paid when the item was purchased and shipped to you by Tamarind Living will be deducted from your refund.

TRACKING YOUR RETURNED ITEMS
Trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is suggested for all returns. We cannot and do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

RETURNED ITEM CONFIRMATION AND REFUND PROCESSING 
Once we receive your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email within 72 hours of receipt, noting that the item is eligible for refund. If the item is approved for refund (in its original condition, undamaged, with a payment receipt), your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment less the cost of shipping within 45 days of receipt of the returned item.

Refunds cannot be honored for any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, listed as a final sale item or any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase date.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
After 45 days of confirmation of receipt of your returned item, If you have not received a refund yet, please check with your payment method as processing times vary for posted refunds. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at connect@tamarindliving.com

EXCHANGES
Due to our one of a kind items and limited inventories, we do not currently offer exchanges. If there is a specific item you are trying to locate on our website, please feel free to email us at connect@tamarindliving.com, and we will let you know if it or a similar item can be located.

DAMAGED ITEM
We take great pride in the quality of products and how they are packed for shipping. If something arrives in a damaged condition, please email us including your name and order number/SKU number at connect@tamarindliving.com, and we will immediately investigate your order, and be in touch with you.

RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
Please send us an email at connect@tamarindliving.com noting the item you received incorrectly with the order number and your name, as well as the item name and product listing number for the item you selected. If we have the item in stock, we will ask you to return the item shipped incorrectly to us, and once we receive the incorrect item, we will send you the correct item. If we no longer have the item in stock, we will refund the item returned including the shipping cost.
