WHAT PAYMENT SYSTEMS ARE AVAILABLE?
Payment for an online order is available via PayPal or Stripe. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can select “check out as a guest” to enable the use of a credit card.

HOW IS MY PAYMENT SYSTEM SECURE?
Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. As a result, all Shopify online stores are automatically PCI compliant, which ensures that customers have peace of mind when shopping from our site.

DO YOU SELL INSERTS FOR YOUR DECORATIVE PILLOWS? 
We do not sell pillow inserts. Our decorative pillows are designed with standardized size requirements, so customers can locate inserts of their choice easily from any global destination. 

CAN I REQUEST SPECIAL GIFT WRAPPING FOR MY ORDER?
We do not offer gift wrapping service at this time.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 
We hope that you love your Tamarind Living selection. If for any reason, the item is not what you expected, we are happy to accept returns for items marked “Returns accepted within 30 days of your purchase date”. Items listed as final sale are non returnable. Please see our Shipping & Return Policy page or more information.

WHY ARE SOME ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE? 
We perform an extensive process of curating exceptional materials for our collection of decorative pillows to provide you with the best quality available. Since many of our products are one of a kind and of rare delicate materials, we reduce material handling to eliminate potentially damaging the product and making it unavailable to our customers. Additionally, should any products be reduced in price and listed “on sale”, this will be a final sale item and non-returnable. 

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
Due to the one of a kind pieces and delicate textiles we stock in limited quantities, we do not offer exchanges. Please see our terms and conditions policy for more information. 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PRODUCED IN A FAIR-TRADE ENVIRONMENT 
Yes. We only work directly with fair trade initiatives, collectives and vendors.
